We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to join our organization and gain hands-on exposure to different areas of business operations. The role is designed to develop managerial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills through practical training and involvement in various business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs to understand business processes, policies, and organizational practices.
- Assist managers and respective departments in day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with different teams to support smooth execution of business activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per year
