Role Description The Management Intern role is a full time hybrid position based in Vadodara, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The intern will support project management activities, including coordinating with internal teams, tracking timelines, preparing status reports, and ensuring deliverables are aligned with client expectations. Daily tasks may involve assisting with market and competitor research, organizing client presentations, documenting meeting notes, and helping streamline workflows and processes.

The intern will also contribute to basic branding and marketing initiatives, such as reviewing campaign plans,



compiling performance data, and suggesting improvements. This role offers hands-on learning in agency operations, cross-functional collaboration, and brand management.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to conduct structured research, analyze information, and summarize findings clearly for internal and client use.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for documentation, email correspondence, and presentations.
- Comfort with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project tracking tools) and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and maintain professional client interactions.
- Demonstrated interest in branding, advertising, marketing, or digital media; prior internships or academic projects in these areas are an advantage.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Adaptability, problem-solving attitude, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced agency environment.
