Role Description The Management Intern / Variable Manager role is an on-site internship position based in Agartala. The intern will assist with day-to-day branch operations, including maintaining records, supporting policy documentation, and coordinating with the corporate office as needed.

Responsibilities may include helping with client queries under supervision, preparing basic reports, and supporting sales and service teams in organizing outreach or follow-up activities.



The role also involves learning and applying company processes, regulatory guidelines, and product knowledge, while contributing to smooth office functioning and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle documentation, reporting, and daily operational tasks.
- Basic analytical and numerical skills to assist with data entry, simple analysis, and preparation of reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support client interaction and coordination with internal teams.
- Proficiency with common office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Interest in insurance, financial services, or management, with the ability to understand and follow regulatory and company guidelines.
- Ability to work on-site in Agartala, collaborate in a team environment, and take initiative under appropriate guidance.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree or diploma in Business, Management, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
