Maintenance Supervisor – Farm & Sites

Location: Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to manage and supervise maintenance activities across our farm and company sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workers, monitoring maintenance work, handling routine site requirements, and ensuring that the premises and facilities are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance workers and support staff.
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities at the farm and company sites.
- Allocate work to workers and monitor timely completion.
- Supervise gardening, landscaping, cleaning, repairs, and general upkeep.
- Monitor irrigation systems, water pumps, equipment, tools, and other farm-related facilities.
- Coordinate basic electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance requirements.
- Identify maintenance issues and report them to management promptly.
- Coordinate with external technicians, vendors, and service providers when required.
- Monitor maintenance materials, tools, and consumables and raise requirements in advance.
- Ensure proper upkeep and cleanliness of all assigned areas.
- Maintain daily maintenance records and submit work/status reports to management.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures,



company rules, and discipline.
- Attend to urgent maintenance requirements and ensure timely corrective action.
- Regularly inspect the farm and sites and identify areas requiring attention.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance supervision, farm maintenance, site supervision, facility management, or a similar role.
- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in supervising workers and handling multiple maintenance activities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pumps, irrigation, civil work, gardening, and general property maintenance.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage workers and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Ability to travel between the farm and company sites when required.
- Responsible, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in farm maintenance, landscaping, property/site maintenance, facility maintenance, or supervising maintenance teams will be preferred.

Salary:

₹27,000 per month, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and suitability.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 per month
