Role & responsibilities

- 10+ years of relevant maintenance experience in recycling/plastic processing industries.
- Mandatory experience in Starlinger machines maintenance, troubleshooting and technical handling.
- Mandatory experience in PET/Plastic Washline maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Extruders and extrusion systems.
- Must have experience in recent plant/project setup, including machinery installation, commissioning, trial runs and maintenance setup.
- Experience in machine installation, erection, commissioning and utility setup.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, Drives, Motors and Control Systems.
- Experience in developing Preventive & Predictive Maintenance systems from the project/plant setup stage.
- Ability to manage vendors, contractors, spares,



AMC and maintenance budgets.
- Strong team leadership, troubleshooting and plant reliability improvement skills
