Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair

Diagnose and resolve operational issues in boilers, EPP machines, moulds & tools, electrical systems, R/O plants, and dry ovens. Perform fault-finding in electrical systems, including wiring, sensors, PLCs, and control panels. Identify root causes of breakdowns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

Develop and execute daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules. Conduct routine inspections and servicing of mechanical, electrical, and thermal systems. Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts usage.
1. Boiler Maintenance

Operate and maintain steam boilers to ensure safe, effective performance. Perform blowdowns, inspect safety valves, and monitor pressure, temperature, and water levels. Carry out descaling and tube inspections annually.
1. EPP Machine Maintenance

Troubleshoot molding quality issues, steam leakage, and cycle time delays. Maintain steam and water lines, calibrate sensors, and replace seals/gaskets as needed.
1. Mould & Tool Maintenance

Inspect moulds for wear, cracks, and corrosion. Clean, lubricate,



and store moulds properly to prevent damage. Repair damaged mould surfaces through re-machining or welding.
1. Electrical Maintenance

Test, repair, and maintain electrical panels, motors, wiring, and safety devices. Conduct thermographic inspections and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
1. R/O Plant Operation & Maintenance

Monitor inlet pressure, TDS levels, and system performance. Replace filters, clean membranes, and troubleshoot water flow issues.
1. Dry Oven Operation & Maintenance

Operate ovens per process requirements, ensuring consistent heating performance. Troubleshoot uneven heating, temperature overshoots, and slow heat-up issues. Inspect and replace heating elements and seals when required.
1. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain equipment maintenance logs and service reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards. Participate in safety audits and implement corrective actions Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
