Primary Job Responsibilities

- Breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance
- Why-why analysis of breakdown
- Conduct audits as per schedule
- MIS as per plan
- Achieve/Sustain Zero Customer Complaints
- Ensure 5S on shop floor
- Achieve customer awards & JIPM Award
- Ensure 100% compliance to audits

Authority
- To take decision in case of breakdown/ failure for preventing line Loss

Key Result Areas
- Zero breakdown
- 100% compliance to PM as per plan
- Zero customer complaint & loss of time due to maintenance
- No of kaizens and cost saving projects
- Delivery: 100% adherence
- Safety: Zero accidents
- Sustenance of JIPM, Layer audit systems (LAS), 20 basic systems, 47 best practices & customer guidelines




- No non conformity during external & internal audit
- A’ grade in all customer audits

- Knowledge of latest Robotic machines & technology.
- Planning & Coordinating with support departments

- TPM Knowledge
