Role & responsibilities
- Knowledge of CNC, VMC operating, and setting.
- Troubleshooting Knowledge of CNC and VMC M/c.
- Programming Knowledge of CNC and VMC machines.
- Responsible for the Daily Production team meeting.
- Rejection control & Why Why analysis.
- Monitor production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Cycle Time Reduce.
- 4M analysis to support the high line efficiency
- Manpower Handling.
- Material Planning according to the customer schedule.
- Knowledge calculation OOE.
Preferred candidate profile HPDC (Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting) Company.
