WERE HIRING | Engineer / Assistant Manager – Engineering & Maintenance

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

CTC: 4–7 LPA

Experience: 4–8 years preferred

Amitoje India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Engineering & Maintenance qualified who can take complete ownership of the uptime, reliability and technical health of our factory equipment.

Our factory operates a diverse range of machinery—including printers, digital cutters, CNC routers, lasers, press brakes, sheet-metal and woodworking machines, laminators, compressors, motors, electrical panels, machine PCs and controllers.

What you’ll own:

Diagnose and close machine breakdowns

Handle electrical, mechanical, electronic, controls and machine-related troubleshooting

Plan & execute preventive maintenance

Coordinate with OEMs/vendors and drive issues to complete closure

Maintain critical spares and machine documentation

Conduct root-cause analysis to reduce repeat breakdowns

Improve operator discipline around machine care and daily checks

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 4–8 years of industrial maintenance, machine service, field service or factory engineering experience




- Holds a Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or a related field
- Is comfortable with 3-phase electrical systems, motors, contactors, relays, MCCBs, VFDs, sensors and fault tracing
- Has exposure to PLC/HMI, servo drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, machine PCs or industrial networking—an advantage

• Is hands-on, curious, systematic and highly ownership-driven

At Amitoje, “Vendor ko inform kar diya hai” is not closure. We need someone who stays with the problem until the machine is running again—or there is a clear, time-bound recovery plan.
