Role Description

We are looking for a Logistics Intern who will work closely with the founding team to help build Spinacho’s local delivery network from 0 to 1.

The role involves researching and connecting with potential delivery partners, understanding local delivery operations, building a delivery partner network, and helping create the systems and processes required to manage deliveries.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in logistics, operations, startups, and building something from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential delivery partners and independent riders in Pune
- Build and maintain a database of potential delivery partners
- Reach out to delivery partners and understand their availability, delivery areas, and expectations
- Follow up with interested partners and maintain communication




- Research local and hyperlocal delivery networks and models
- Identify potential delivery coverage areas for Spinacho
- Help develop the delivery partner onboarding process
- Help create basic systems and processes for managing delivery operations
- Maintain partner information, trackers, and documentation
- Identify operational challenges and suggest practical solutions
- Work directly with the founding team to build Spinacho’s delivery network

- Curious about how delivery and logistics businesses operate
