URGENT HIRING FOR JR. LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE***

Position: Logistics Executive

Department: Logistics

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 1-5 Yrs

Qualification: Any Degree

Key Responsibilities:

- Current PO Request & Buyer SOP
- Cost and Freight workings, Weight confirmation with departments, packing list preparation and placing the booking to authorised forwarder as per PO
- Container loading plan as per PO, Shipment approval request to Buyer and forwarder
- Internal Shipment follow up , Vehicle & Manpower arrangements , Loading follow up , Pre & Post shipment documentation
- E-Seal ,E-Way ,E- Invoice , Customs , Buyers E - Documentation , Payment follow ups , MIS
- Marketing & Accounts department co-ordination , EDPMS update
- Container inspection , CTPAT audit , GSV audit




- End to End ERP process & Domestic Tariff Area process
- All Banking & Courier process, Complying Customs & Director General of Foreign Trade co-ordinations (DGFT), Export Credit Guarantee Corporation (ECGC) process.
- Co- coordinating with Export Inspection Agency and ensuring compliances
- Home Textiles & Apparels Knowledge (Added Advantage)
- Management Information systems, MS – Office.
