Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate vehicle placement, loading and dispatch of finished goods/raw materials.

Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers and internal departments.

Prepare and maintain LR/GR, e-way bills, invoices, POD and other logistics documents.

Track vehicle movement and delivery status and follow up on delays.

Maintain daily dispatch and vehicle records.

Coordinate with Stores, Commercial, Production and Accounts for smooth logistics operations.

Prepare basic logistics reports and ensure proper documentation.

Required Skills:

2–3 years of experience in logistics/dispatch/transportation.

Positive knowledge of logistics documentation and vehicle coordination.

Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.

Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

Experience in a manufacturing/industrial company will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
