Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage daily transportation and delivery operations.

- Coordinate the movement of goods from suppliers/warehouses to customers.

- Manage drivers, transporters, warehouse staff, and logistics vendors.

- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely shipments.

- Track vehicles and shipments and resolve delays or delivery issues.

- Control transportation, fuel, warehousing, and other logistics costs.

- Maintain inventory movement records and ensure proper documentation.

- Coordinate with procurement, sales, warehouse, and finance teams.

- Select and negotiate with transporters and third-party logistics providers.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable transportation regulations.

- Handle customer complaints related to deliveries and logistics.

- Prepare logistics reports, including delivery performance, costs, and vehicle utilization.





- Identify operational problems and implement process improvements.

- Ensure proper loading, unloading, packaging, and secure handling of goods.

- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, transportation cost, order accuracy, vehicle utilization, and damage/loss rates.
