Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to support the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations. The role will primarily involve office-based coordination, dispatch monitoring, MIS reporting, vendor and transporter coordination, escalation handling and issue resolution. The candidate will also be required to visit the warehouse periodically to monitor operational activities, stock movement and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day logistics and warehouse-related activities.
- Monitor stock movement, inward and outward processes, dispatches, deliveries and returns.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams, vendors, transporters and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports related to stock, dispatches, deliveries and pending orders.
- Track pending deliveries and follow up with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.
- Handle operational issues and follow the escalation matrix for delayed deliveries, stock discrepancies, damaged materials and other concerns.




- Proactively identify issues and escalate critical matters to the appropriate stakeholders within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for dispatch approvals and related requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, dispatches, deliveries and returns.
- Visit the warehouse approximately once a week/as required to monitor operations, stock movement and dispatch processes.
- Assist in resolving warehouse, transportation and delivery-related issues.
- Monitor logistics activities and identify opportunities to improve turnaround time and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all logistics activities are completed accurately and within defined timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any stream.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Dispatch or Supply Chain.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock movement.
- Working knowledge of escalation handling and issue-resolution processes.
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and MS Excel.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, transporters, warehouse teams and internal departments.
- Proactive approach with robust ownership and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an office-based logistics role with periodic warehouse visits.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities and meet timeline.
