Role Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Associate with 2–4 years of experience in the E-commerce domain , with hands-on exposure to D2C, Marketplace and Quick Commerce logistics .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end logistics operations across D2C, Marketplaces and Quick Commerce.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups, deliveries, RTOs and escalations.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with logistics vendors.
- Monitor TATs, shipment performance and logistics costs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain logistics MIS and track operational performance.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce Logistics .
- Strong understanding of D2C, Marketplace & Quick Commerce operations .
- Strong vendor network and relationship management skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
