Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Assistant to support the Logistics Head in managing day-to-day logistics activities, import-export documentation, shipment coordination, and related administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Logistics Head in day-to-day domestic and international logistics operations.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize import-export documentation, records, and shipment-related files.
- Support the team in Import & Export procedures, shipment tracking, and coordination with freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters, and courier partners.
- Coordinate with transporters and courier agencies for pickup, dispatch, delivery, and shipment status updates.
- Track domestic and international shipments and regularly update the Logistics Head on their status.
- Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, shipment details, freight charges, courier records,



and logistics documentation.
- Support preparation of logistics-related reports and MIS using MS Excel.
- Maintain systematic digital records of import, export, domestic logistics, and courier documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned logistics documentation and follow-ups.
- Perform other logistics and administrative activities assigned by the Logistics Head.
- Ability to maintain records and handle multiple activities simultaneously.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

Minimum Qualification

- Degree or Diploma in Export-Import Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Immediate Joiners are preferred.
