We are looking for Loadmen / Loading & Unloading Workers to handle loading and unloading of rice and paddy bags at godowns, rice mills, and transport locations.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload rice and paddy bags from lorries and other vehicles.
- Stack and arrange bags properly inside godowns.
- Move bags between vehicles, godowns, and loading areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading during dispatch and receiving operations.
- Follow instructions from the Godown Incharge / Supervisor.
- Handle bags carefully to avoid damage or wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the loading area.
- Work as part of a team to complete loading and unloading on time.
- Follow workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to handle manual loading and unloading work.
- Willingness to work in a rice mill / godown environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in rice, paddy, warehouse, godown, or transport loading is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on vehicle arrival and dispatch schedules.
