Role Description This is a remote contract role for a LinkedIn Growth Specialist. The LinkedIn Growth Specialist will manage and grow client profiles and company pages on LinkedIn, including optimizing profiles, creating and scheduling content, and engaging with relevant audiences.

The role involves researching target markets, identifying and connecting with decision-makers, nurturing relationships through messaging, and building strategic networks. The specialist will monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and adjust tactics to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.



Collaboration with internal team members and clients to align LinkedIn activity with broader marketing and PR objectives is expected.

Qualifications

- Strong LinkedIn expertise, including profile optimization, follower growth, and community engagement.
- Experience creating transparent, compelling copy for LinkedIn posts, articles, and outreach messages.
- Ability to research target audiences, identify prospects, and build structured outreach campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting to measure and improve performance.
- Understanding of marketing and PR fundamentals, especially personal branding and thought leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional online presence.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple client accounts.
- Prior experience in a marketing agency, communications, or social media growth role is preferred.
