Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Liaison Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Liaison

Manager will coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and local agencies to secure approvals, permits, and clearances for real estate projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing and submitting documentation, tracking application status, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and timelines. The role involves maintaining strong professional relationships with external stakeholders, supporting internal project teams with regulatory insights, and proactively identifying potential risks or delays.

Manager will also support reporting to senior management on approval progress and regulatory changes impacting projects.

Qualifications

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and local authorities.
- Knowledge of real estate regulations, municipal processes, and approval workflows relevant to property development in Mumbai.
- Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and coordination of applications, including attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to represent the organization professionally.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in liaison, compliance, or regulatory roles within real estate or related industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Urban Planning, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site, navigate local offices and agencies as needed, and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
