Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Drafting & Documentation

- Independently draft and prepare property and legal documents in Marathi and English, as required.
- Excellent Marathi typing and drafting skills are mandatory.
- Draft and review:
- Sale Deeds
- Partition Deeds
- Gift Deeds
- Settlement Deeds
- Power of Attorney
- Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
- Agreements
- Declarations / Undertakings
- Affidavits
- Other property-related legal and registration documents
- Ensure drafts are legally appropriate, accurate, complete, and suitable for registration.

2. Property Title Search & Title Reports

- Conduct online and documentary property/title searches.
- Review available revenue, registration, and property records.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive Title Reports.
- Identify ownership, title, encumbrance, transaction, or documentation-related issues.
- Highlight discrepancies and potential legal risks to management / senior legal personnel.

3. Chain of Title & Ownership Documentation

- Prepare and maintain Chain of Title / Transaction Flow documents.
- Prepare Family Trees and ownership history based on available records and supporting documents.
- Trace historical transactions and changes in ownership.
- Review Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Partition Deeds, Mutation Entries, Index II, 7/12 extracts, and other relevant property documents.
- Ensure consistency between title documents and revenue/registration records.

4. Property Registration

- Coordinate property registration-related activities with Advocates, clients, consultants, and concerned parties.




- Prepare and verify documents required for registration.
- Coordinate with the Sub-Registrar Office as required.
- Assist in resolving documentation-related queries or objections during registration.
- Ensure registered documents and supporting records are properly collected and maintained.

5. Legal Due Diligence

- Review property documents and conduct preliminary legal due diligence.
- Identify title defects, discrepancies, missing documents, ownership gaps, and other legal concerns.
- Assist senior management / legal counsel in resolving property-related legal issues.
- Coordinate with external Advocates and legal consultants whenever required.

6. Records & Compliance

- Maintain proper physical and digital records of legal documents, title reports, searches, drafts, agreements, and registration documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of all property and legal information.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned legal documentation and registration activities.
- Maintain a proper tracker for pending legal matters and registration cases.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- LL.B. / LL.M. or equivalent legal qualification preferred.




- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in property law, real estate documentation, registration work, or an Advocate's office.
- Excellent Marathi typing and independent Marathi drafting skills – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Property Documentation and Registration procedures.
- Good understanding of property title search and title verification.
- Ability to independently prepare Title Reports, Chain of Title, Transaction Flow, and Family Trees.
- Good knowledge of property-related legal documents and registration procedures.
- Strong drafting, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, Excel, PDF, and online property/revenue portals.
- Ability to independently handle multiple legal documentation assignments.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
