- About the Role We are looking for an agile, high-output Lead Visual & Collateral Designer to establish and execute the visual identity for EMERGENCE '26 (November 17–21, 2026) across both our digital acquisition engine and on-ground summit environments.

In this sprint role, you will own the creative pipeline end-to-end: designing high-converting B2B performance ad creatives, editing kinetic short-form promotional reels, laying out sleek digital executive publications, and preparing high-impact venue signage. We value hands-on speed, up-to-date tech aesthetics (dark mode, crisp typography, structural hierarchy), and clean execution over bureaucratic agency management.

- What You Will Build and Own
1. Executive Publications and Collateral: Lay out sleek, boardroom-ready interactive PDF dossiers (Executive Program Brief, Sponsor Prospectus, and Developer Agendas) with crisp typography and clean data hierarchy.
2. High-Converting Performance Ads: Design high-CTR static banners, carousels, and visual hooks for LinkedIn and Meta to drive enterprise and developer registrations.
3. Figma Brand System: Maintain and expand our master Figma component library, presentation templates, and social media kits.
4. Motion and Short-Form Video: Cut and style dynamic 9:16 vertical video snippets and reels (using CapCut Pro, Premiere, or After Effects) featuring bold on-screen kinetic typography.
5. Summit Venue Assets: Prepare production-ready files for venue branding (stage backdrops, standees, badges, and signage). Note:



Local print logistics and vendor coordination will be handled by our on-ground ops team; you provide the print-ready vector/PDF exports.
