Role & responsibilities

This role will partner with Engineering, Product, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives across Agile Release Trains (ARTs), enterprise release management, infrastructure modernization, and program governance.

Role-The Lead TPM will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex technical programs that span multiple teams while ensuring alignment with business priorities, delivery milestones, and organizational objectives.



This role will play a key part in strengthening PMO operations, improving release predictability, enabling cross-functional execution, and supporting infrastructure and platform transformation initiatives.

All about you- The ideal candidate is an experienced program leader with a strong technical background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and proven expertise in Agile/SAFe methodologies, release management, risk management, and large-scale enterprise program delivery. The individual should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, driving execution across geographically distributed teams, and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
