QA Engineering Lead

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

We are looking for an experienced QA Engineering Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience in software quality engineering and test engineering. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building testing frameworks, API testing, CI/CD integration, and leading QA engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA engineering and testing activities.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable testing frameworks.

Develop and execute automated test scripts for web and API applications.

Work with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

Develop API testing solutions using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.

Integrate testing frameworks with CI/CD pipelines.

Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, quality, and testing efficiency.

Analyse test failures and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

Lead, mentor, and guide QA engineers.





Define testing standards, best practices, and quality processes.

Collaborate with Development, Product, and Business teams to ensure quality releases.

Required Skills

8 to 12 years of experience in QA / Software Testing / Quality Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.

Strong programming knowledge in Java or Python.

Experience in API Testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.

Strong experience in testing framework development.

Experience with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD.

Good knowledge of SQL and database validation.

Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Robust team leadership and mentoring experience.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
