Role Description

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Wintel Administration.

- Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Windows Server Patching (2012R2/ 2016/ 2019/ 2022 etc..) and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with Linux Server and ESXi patching methodologies.

- Strong VMWare administration skills, including virtual machine management and patching.

- Knowledge of security antivirus solutions and their implementation in enterprise environments.

- ITIL V4 certification or equivalent knowledge.

- Optional: Experience with Hyper-V cluster administration & AWS Cloud administration.

- Certifications such as Security++ and Microsoft Windows Server 2019, 2022 would be advantageous.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, to support 24/7 operations.

- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language.

- Oracle DBA knowledge (Can be really helpful)

Key Responsibilities





- Perform patch management for Windows Server, Linux Server, and ESXi environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess patching requirements, prioritize tasks, and schedule maintenance windows.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to patch management and cybersecurity.

- Maintain a robust understanding of security antivirus solutions and implement best practices for protecting systems via patch management skills.

- Utilize VMWare administration skills to ensure seamless integration and patching of virtualized environments.

- Demonstrate proficiency in ITIL V4 methodologies to streamline patching processes and improve service delivery.
