Freelance Meta Lead Generation Specialist

Unixo Digital is looking for a freelance Meta Ads specialist to manage and scale our own lead generation campaigns.

What you'll handle

- Run and manage Meta Lead Ads for Unixo Digital
- Generate high-quality leads for our website development and digital marketing services
- Set up campaigns, audiences, retargeting and testing
- Test different creatives, copies and targeting strategies
- Monitor CPL, lead quality and conversions
- Optimize and scale campaigns based on performance
- Continuously experiment with recent strategies to improve lead quality and volume

We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience running Meta Lead Generation campaigns
- Understands that lead quality matters more than just low CPL
- Can independently manage campaigns and take ownership of results
- Has experience with B2B / agency / service-based lead generation — preferred
- Can share previous campaign results or case studies

This is a freelance engagement for managing Unixo Digital's own Meta campaigns — not an in-house role.
