nWe are looking for a Lead Generation & Qualification Executive responsible for generating new leads, managing incoming leads, engaging with prospects, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring qualified leads are effectively handed over to the Sales team.

nThe Lead Generation & Qualification Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, managing incoming leads, engaging with prospects, qualifying opportunities, and ensuring qualified leads are effectively handed over to the Sales team.

nResponsibilities

n

n

n
- Generate new leads through outbound calling, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
n
- Monitor and manage incoming leads daily from multiple sources.
n
- Contact leads promptly and understand their business requirements.
n
- Qualify leads using the BANT framework – Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline.
n
- Follow up with prospects regularly and nurture potential opportunities.
n
- Update and maintain accurate lead information, activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
n




- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate Sales team members through the CRM.
n
- Maintain and update the lead database to ensure data accuracy.
n
- Coordinate with the Sales team for effective lead handover and follow-up.
n
- Track daily calling, lead generation, qualification, and follow-up activities.
n

nRequired Skills

n

n

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in calling, tele calling, lead generation, or lead qualification.
n
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
n
- Strong intersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills.
n
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound calling.
n
- Basic understanding of CRM and lead management.
n
- Target-oriented, consistent, and self-motivated.
n
- Good organizational and database management skills.
n

nWork Schedule

n

n
- Full-time, in office – Hyderabad.
n
- Must be comfortable working Saturdays and Sundays.
n
- Weekly offs will be provided on other weekdays.
n
