Lead GenAI Data Scientist — LLM Applications

nAbout the Role:

nWe are seeking a Lead GenAI Data Scientist to spearhead the development of large language

nmodel-powered products that transform how learners and educators interact with our platform.

nYou will architect LLM solutions — from retrieval-augmented generation to fine-tuning — and

ndefine our applied AI strategy in partnership with product leadership.

nKey Responsibilities :

n• Lead the design and deployment of LLM-powered features (AI tutoring, content generation,

nassessment tools)

n• Architect RAG pipelines and semantic search solutions at production scale

n• Evaluate, fine-tune and optimize foundation models for EdTech use cases

n• Define prompt engineering standards and LLM evaluation frameworks

n• Drive responsible AI practices — bias auditing, safety, and transparency





n• Work closely with product, engineering, and curriculum teams

n• Contribute to the broader GenAI roadmap and team capability building What We're Looking

nFor

n• 8+ years in data science / ML with at least 2-3 years in GenAI / LLM work

n• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral or open-source LLMs

n• Strong RAG architecture and vector database experience

n• Fine-tuning experience (LoRa, PEFT, RLHF) is a solid plus

n• Proficiency in Lang Chain, LlamaIndex or similar orchestration frameworks

n• Experience deploying LLM applications in production environments

n• EdTech domain knowledge or experience with personalized learning systems preferred
