Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade cloud applications. In this leadership role, you will define the technical strategy and system architecture using .NET Core, Python, Angular, and advanced SQL/NoSQL databases. You will oversee multi-cloud environments spanning both Azure and AWS, lead engineering teams, enforce best practices, and collaborate directly with executive stakeholders to align software solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Architecture & System Design: Define end-to-end technical architecture, microservices design patterns, and scalable data models across backend (.NET Core, Python) and frontend (Angular) stacks.
- Multi-Cloud Strategy:



Design, build, and optimize high-availability applications hosted on Azure (App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Functions) and AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS).
- Technical Leadership & Governance: Lead and mentor engineering teams, establish coding standards, conduct architectural reviews, and drive technical roadmaps.
- Database & Performance Optimization: Architect complex SQL schemas, optimize query performance, manage enterprise database strategies, and integrate cached/NoSQL layers where appropriate.
- DevOps & Security: Establish enterprise CI/CD workflows, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), zero-trust security strategies, identity management (OAuth2, SAML, JWT), and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technology roadmaps and communicate technical decisions effectively to non-technical leaders.
