nJob Summary

nWe are seeking a highly experienced Development Manager with strong expertise in .NET

nCore, Angular, and Microsoft Azure, along with proven experience in healthcare product

ndevelopment and HIPAA compliance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical

nleader capable of building secure, scalable, and compliant healthcare applications while

nleading a team of engineers.

nKey Responsibilities

n• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ~10 developers in a product-based environment

n• Design and develop secure, scalable healthcare applications using .NET Core and

nAngular

n• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure

n• Ensure all applications adhere to HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security

nstandards

n• Stay hands-on with coding, debugging, and complex technical problem-solving

n• Drive product architecture, technical roadmap, and design decisions

n• Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders

n• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, security, and compliance

npractices

n• Implement secure data handling, encryption, and access control mechanisms

n• Ensure timely delivery of product releases with high quality

n• Identify risks and ensure mitigation strategies, especially around data security and

ncompliance

n• Promote Agile methodologies and continuous improvement

nTechnical Skills Required

nFull Stack Development

n• Robust experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

n• Expertise in Angular (latest versions preferred)

n• Proficiency in C#, REST APIs, Web Services

n• Robust frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript

nCloud & DevOps (Azure)

n• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:

no Azure App Services

no Azure Functions

no Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)





no Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)

no Azure Storage, Key Vault, Service Bus

n• Experience in building cloud-native, microservices-based architectures

n• Strong understanding of monitoring, logging, and performance tuning in Azure

nDatabase & Tools

n• Strong experience with SQL Server and database design

n• Experience with Entity Framework / ORM tools

n• Version control using Git

n• Familiarity with Docker / containerization

nHealthcare & Compliance Requirements

n• Experience in healthcare product development

n• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and data privacy standards

n• Experience implementing:

no Data encryption (at rest and in transit)

no Role-based access control (RBAC)

no Secure authentication (OAuth, JWT, etc.)

no Audit logs and compliance tracking

n• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR – good to have)

nLeadership & Management Skills

n• Proven experience managing a team of 8–10 developers

n• Strong mentoring, coaching, and performance management skills

n• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

n• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities

n• Experience in Agile/Scrum product environments

nQualifications

n• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science / IT or related field)

n• 12–13 years of experience in software development

n• 3–5 years in a managerial or technical leadership role

nPreferred Skills

n• Experience in SaaS or healthcare product companies

n• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect / Developer Associate)

n• Exposure to event-driven architecture
