? Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain automation solutions for digital content workflows
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive processes
- Automate content transformation and publishing workflows




- Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
- Work closely with Editorial, Production & Technology teams
- Monitor workflows, dependencies and bottlenecks
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Maintain quality across the content lifecycle

? We’re Looking For Someone who is a hands-on problem solver, takes ownership, works independently and can collaborate effectively across teams. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Experience in digital publishing, educational publishing or content production will be an advantage.
