Position Description:

API Lead with Java and APIGEE, support Lead Management Platform in EDGE which enhances our data and sales enablement capabilities to drive increased traffic, improved efficiencies in lead generation, and increased conversion which is performing below industry averages.

Level: 4 - API Lead with Java and APIGEE

Experience: 8-10 years

Requirements:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. 6+ years experience developing and managing RESTful API applications with microservices architecture.
3. 6+ years of experience in Spring Boot and/or Spring.
4. 6+ years experience working as a lead and driving high quality outcomes.
5. Excellent working knowledge of Open Shift Container Platform/Exposure on AWS/Azure, and Kubernetes.
6. Excellent working knowledge of Kafka will be a huge value add.
7. Experience integrating Java based applications with Mongo DB.
8. Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments.
9. Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in an Agile setting.

1. Responsible to Lead and drive with the team with the client.

Responsible for sound and high-quality technical deliverables.
3. Drive the direction and roadmap for the microservices architecture.
4. Provide innovative solutions to complex situations and drive outcomes.
5. Provide technical guidance and architectural assistance around Kafka, Microservices and Mongo DB integrations.
6. Help the other members of the team with technical queries and guide and mentor them to develop top quality code.
7. Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of the business.
8. Always be ready to be hands-on to develop or fix issues to deliver on time and with highest quality.
9. Work closely with leadership and the whole Tech team.
10. Work to guide team members to create test plans, and ensure the issues are properly identified, fixed and tested.
11. Develop all code incorporating the best practices.
