Position: Land Officer

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and locate suitable land for company requirements.
- Coordinate with landowners, local representatives, and government authorities.
- Negotiate land prices and other terms with landowners.
- Conduct basic verification of land ownership and documents.
- Coordinate for land surveys, site visits, and documentation.
- Maintain records of land details, agreements, and related documents.
- Assist in resolving land-related issues and disputes.
- Build and maintain good relationships with landowners and local communities.
- Prepare regular reports on land procurement activities.

Required Skills




- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local land and property matters.
- Basic understanding of land documents and government procedures.
- Positive knowledge of the Bhubaneswar and nearby areas.
- Ability to travel to different locations for site visits.
- Basic computer and documentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in land procurement, real estate, property dealing, field coordination, or liaison work will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,520.72 - ₹20,075.69 per month
