Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine laboratory testing and sample processing as per SOPs. Receive, identify, label and process patient samples accurately. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as per defined procedures.

Perform tests in areas such as Biochemistry, Hematology, Clinical Pathology, Serology and other relevant sections , based on qualification and laboratory requirements. Ensure proper sample handling, storage and disposal. Maintain accurate records of testing, QC and sample processing.

Perform internal quality control and report any deviations immediately. Follow all laboratory safety, infection-control and biomedical-waste management protocols. Coordinate with the reporting, logistics and operations teams for smooth sample movement and timely reporting.

Identify and escalate abnormal, inadequate or rejected samples according to SOP. Maintain cleanliness and discipline within the laboratory. Support calibration, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.

Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives and training programs. Ensure compliance with Labridge's quality and operational standards.

Who We Are Looking For Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / B.Sc. MLT or relevant laboratory qualification.

Experience: 0–5 years in a pathology/diagnostic laboratory.



Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome. Good understanding of basic laboratory procedures and sample handling. Ability to work accurately under time-sensitive conditions. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in shifts, wherever required. Comfortable working with laboratory technology and basic computer systems.
