Role Description The Land Technician role is a full time hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Land

Technician will support land development and management activities by conducting topographic surveys, assisting with land implantation and layout, and using GPS and other tools to collect and verify field data. Daily responsibilities include preparing survey reports, maintaining accurate records and maps, coordinating with project teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all activities comply with relevant standards and regulations. The role also involves participating in training initiatives, contributing to research on land use and site feasibility,



and providing technical support to enhance project planning and execution.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Topographic Surveys and land measurement techniques.
- Candidates should possess skills in Implantation, site layout, and practical field implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Global Positioning System (GPS) use and spatial data collection.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research and data analysis related to land use and project planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training, knowledge sharing, and supporting team capability building.
- Relevant academic background in civil engineering, geomatics, surveying, geography, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to interpret maps, drawings, and technical documentation, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and, ideally, mapping or GIS software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in the field and in office settings.
- Experience in real estate, land development, or surveying projects in India will be an advantage.
