Title :- Lab Technician - Real Estate

Experience:- 3 to 5 Years of experience.

Location:- Talegaon Dhabade, Pune Maharashtra

: -

1. Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials such as cement, aggregates, sand, fly ash, admixtures, and water.

2. Perform quality control tests on finished products in accordance with applicable standards and company procedures.

3. Test concrete, mortar, blocks, pavers, tiles, or other construction materials for strength, durability, density, moisture, and other quality parameters.

4. Prepare test samples and maintain laboratory equipment in proper working condition.

5. Calibrate laboratory instruments and maintain calibration records.

6. Record, analyse, and report test results accurately and promptly.

7. Monitor production quality and inform the Quality Manager of any non-conforming results.

8. Maintain laboratory documentation, test reports, and quality records.

9.



Assist in product development, mix design trials, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

10. Ensure laboratory cleanliness and follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

11. Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
