Crossing Infotech is offering a Lab Technician Internship for freshers and entry-level candidates interested in medical laboratory operations, laboratory documentation, sample-processing workflows, quality control, and healthcare support activities.

This internship provides structured exposure to laboratory workflows through supervised documentation, data recording, quality checks, laboratory reporting, and operational support. The role does not involve independent clinical diagnosis, interpretation of patient results, or medical decision-making.

Key responsibilities

- Assist with maintaining laboratory records and documentation.
- Support the organization and verification of assigned laboratory information.
- Record laboratory observations and results accurately under supervision.
- Assist with maintaining laboratory worksheets, registers, and reports.
- Follow established laboratory procedures and quality guidelines.
- Support basic quality-control and documentation activities.
- Review assigned records for completeness and identify missing information.
- Assist with data entry and verification of laboratory-related information.
- Maintain organized files and records for assigned laboratory activities.
- Support preparation of routine laboratory reports and summaries.
- Assist with inventory and documentation of laboratory materials where applicable.
- Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and confidentiality procedures.
- Escalate discrepancies or unclear information to the appropriate supervisor.




- Participate in training and laboratory process-review activities.
- Support other laboratory operational activities as assigned under supervision.
