Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) Test raw materials. Analyzing incoming chemicals to verify their purity and concentration before they are used in production. In-process batch testing. Testing samples from the manufacturing tank (checking pH, viscosity, and active ingredient levels) before the batch is sent to the bottling line.

Analyze finished goods. Ensuring the final bottled product meets all specified benchmarks for performance and safety. Calibrate laboratory equipment. Maintaining and calibrating instruments like pH meters, viscometers, and titrators to ensure accurate test results.
