Key Responsibilities

- Provide L3 support for enterprise network infrastructure and NOC operations
- Troubleshoot complex Routing, Switching, and WAN issues
- Manage and support SD-WAN environments
- Handle Incident, Problem & Change Management as per SLAs
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents
- Work with internal teams and customers for escalations and resolution
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability

Mandatory Skills
- Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS)
- L3 concepts (VLANs, STP)
- SD-WAN (Cisco and Meraki )
- Enterprise Network Troubleshooting & NOC Operations
- Firewalls, VPNs & Network Security
- Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) exposure

Positive to have
- AWS/Azure Networking
- ITIL knowledge
