Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in established food brands such as Haldiram’s, India Sweet

House, Anand Sweets, MTR, A2B, or similar QSR/sweets & snacks brands.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to oversee day-to-day kitchen operations,

maintain food quality and hygiene standards, manage kitchen staff, and ensure smooth and timely production.

Key Responsibilities:

● Supervise daily kitchen operations and production activities.

● Manage and allocate work among kitchen staff.

● Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion control, and presentation.

● Monitor food preparation as per standard recipes and SOPs.

● Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

● Monitor raw material consumption, stock levels, and wastage.

● Coordinate with the purchase/inventory team for timely availability of ingredients.

● Ensure proper storage and FIFO practices.





● Monitor kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements.

● Train and guide kitchen staff on recipes, SOPs, hygiene, and safety.

● Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.

● Maintain daily production and wastage records.

● Handle operational issues and ensure minimum disruption to kitchen activities.

Candidate Profile:

● 2–5 years of relevant experience in QSR, sweets, snacks, restaurant, or food production operations.

● Experience with established brands such as Haldiram’s, India Sweet House, Anand Sweets, MTR, A2B, etc will be preferred.

● Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and inventory control.

● Good team-handling and communication skills.

● Ability to work in a rapid-paced kitchen environment.

● Hands-on approach with strong attention to quality and consistency.

● Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
