Vedam Restaurant is looking for 2 experienced Kitchen Helpers with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in restaurants, hotels, or food establishments. The candidate should be hardworking, disciplined, hygienic, and capable of supporting the kitchen team in daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation and cooking activities.
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas.
- Assist in arranging and storing kitchen ingredients properly.




- Support chefs during busy service hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Clean kitchen equipment, vessels, and utensils after use.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Help with receiving, checking, and organizing kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper handling of ingredients.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of kitchen helper experience.
- Positive hygiene and grooming standards.
- Hardworking, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
