We are hiring Kannada-speaking freshers for a Voice Process / Customer Support role.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain qualified and polite communication with customers.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
- Follow company processes, scripts, and quality standards.
- Meet daily performance and productivity requirements.
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Kannada fluency is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
