Skills:

Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho Books, including chart of accounts, invoices, estimates, sales orders, purchase orders, recurring transactions, and taxes

- Build and manage Zoho CRM modules, layouts, workflows, blueprints, and custom fields to support sales and finance processes
- Set up and maintain Zoho Expense for expense reporting, approval workflows, and reimbursement processes
- Develop integrations between Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, Zoho Expense, and other Zoho apps using Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, and REST APIs
- Automate invoice generation, payment reconciliation, and reporting processes
- Create and maintain custom functions, workflow rules, and approval processes in Deluge
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data sync, automations,



and integrations across Zoho modules
- Support GST/tax configuration and compliance-related setup within Zoho Books
- Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations
- Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Zoho solutions

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+years of hands-on experience with Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Expense
- Working knowledge of Deluge scripting for custom functions and workflows
- Familiarity with Zoho Flow for building automations between Zoho apps
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals (invoicing, payments, taxes, reconciliation

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
