Role Description The Junior Test Engineer role at Moxizo is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. In this role, the engineer will assist in planning and executing test activities for telecom systems and related applications, following defined test strategies and standards.

Day-to-day tasks include creating, reviewing, and maintaining test cases, performing functional and regression testing,



and documenting defects with transparent steps and evidence. The engineer will collaborate closely with senior testers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify issues, and support the resolution of defects. The role also involves maintaining test documentation, participating in review meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Functional Testing techniques and ability to validate features against defined requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in identifying and documenting defects.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in on-site, cross-functional teams.
- Education no bar.
- Familiarity with basic testing tools, issue tracking systems, or scripting concepts is an advantage.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills to report test results and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
