Job Summary

Kapil Power & Infra (P) Ltd. is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer with 1+ years of experience to support construction site execution, supervision, quality checks, documentation and coordination with project teams.

Responsibilities

- Assist with daily construction site activities and execution.
- Supervise and monitor assigned civil works.
- Track work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Coordinate with supervisors, contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and report any deviations.
- Monitor manpower, materials and equipment requirements.
- Assist with measurements and quantity calculations.
- Prepare and maintain daily site reports and records.
- Coordinate with Senior Engineers and Project Managers.
- Report site issues, delays and execution challenges.
- Follow safety requirements and company procedures.




- Support the project team in completing assigned construction activities.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Basic knowledge of construction activities and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
- Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project/site locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Salary Salary will be discussed and finalized based on the candidate's experience, skills and interview performance.
