Role & responsibilities:

Fluxus Elevators Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and technically inclined Sales Engineer to drive business development for passenger lifts, goods lifts, hospital lifts, and customized vertical mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Meet builders, architects, consultants, factories, warehouses, hospitals, and institutional clients
- Generate enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders
- Conduct site visits, requirement analysis, and technical discussions with clients
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and execution teams for project feasibility
- Follow up on negotiations, approvals, and order closures
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline discipline
- Build strong relationships with contractors, channel partners, and decision-makers
- Support after-sales coordination wherever required





Preferred candidate profile : We are looking for candidates with:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering disciplines
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B technical sales / industrial sales / capital equipment sales
- Experience in elevators, HVAC, building systems, automation, machinery, electrical equipment, or related sectors preferred
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness for field sales, travel, and client meetings
- Ability to understand technical products and convert customer requirements into business opportunities
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset

Fresh engineering graduates with strong aptitude may also be considered.
