Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor, based in Rajkot. The Production Supervisor will oversee and manage daily production activities, ensure adherence to production schedules, and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating production planning, supervising shop floor operations, managing production staff, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Diploma / B. Tech / Mechanical or Any related field
- 2–3 years of experience in production (Fasteners manufacturing industry preferred)

Responsibilities:





- Supervise daily screw production work on the factory floor.
- Ensure timely execution of production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and customer specifications.
- Make sure workers follow the production plan.
- Monitor machinery (e.g., cold headers, thread rollers, heat treatment equipment) for optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Check the quality of screws during and after production.
- Help in fixing machine or production problems.
- Train and guide current and existing workers on processes, tools, and company policies.
- Keep records of daily production and report to the manager.
- Make sure safety rules are followed at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and tooling; coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Monitor use of raw materials to avoid waste.
- Work with maintenance if machines need repair.
- Keep the production area clean and safe.
