Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to support the planning, design coordination and approvals of real estate development projects. The role involves coordinating with architects, structural and MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and design inputs.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in feasibility studies, master planning, land utilization, FSI optimization, and project costing.
- Coordinate statutory approvals and ensure compliance with fire NOCs, EC, MPCB, and municipal requirements.




- Support project managers and site teams with technical clarifications and design solutions with the help of consultants.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution as per approved drawings and designs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely project progress.

Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture; PG in Construction Management is an advantage.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development or construction.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design tools.
- Understanding of building by-laws, development regulations, and municipal approval processes.
- Solid coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
