Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Marine Engineer who combines practical sailing experience with a strong interest in maritime technology and shipping software products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience onboard commercial vessels and a sound understanding of marine engineering operations, planned maintenance systems, and shipboard workflows. This role offers an excellent opportunity for marine engineers looking to transition from sea-going operations into the maritime software and technology industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide marine engineering domain expertise for shipping software products
- Understand and support vessel maintenance, machinery operations, and Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS)
- Gather business requirements from ship owners, ship managers, and vessel operators
- Participate in software implementation, testing, validation, and customer onboarding
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers in adopting maritime software solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend product enhancements
- Prepare user manuals, process documentation, and training materials
- Coordinate with software development teams to translate operational requirements into product features




- Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and provide functional support
- Stay updated with maritime regulations, industry standards, and emerging technologies
