Jr. Lawyer – Non-Litigation | Real Estate

Job Summary

Meghna Realty is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Lawyer – Non-Litigation to join our legal team. The candidate will be responsible for handling and assisting with real estate documentation, agreements, legal due diligence, and day-to-day legal matters related to the company's projects and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and assist in finalising agreements, contracts, notices, letters and other legal documents.
- Assist in legal due diligence of properties and real estate transactions.
- Handle documentation related to property purchases, redevelopment, development agreements, leases and conveyancing.
- Coordinate with internal teams, advocates, consultants, societies and other stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research and provide support on applicable real estate laws and regulations.
- Maintain and organise legal records, agreements and project documentation.




- Assist senior lawyers in reviewing title reports, property documents and transactional matters.
- Ensure timely completion and follow-up of legal documentation and approvals.
- Candidate Profile
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate non-litigation matters preferred.
- Candidates with experience in property documentation, redevelopment, conveyancing or real estate transactions will be preferred.
- Strong drafting, documentation and communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
