Position: Junior Engineer / Valuation Executive

Industry: Real Estate - Property Valuation

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking candidates to join our Property Valuation Team at Vashi.

Qualification:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in VALUATION FIELD are preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation of valuation reports (Bank Format)
- Collection and verification of property documents
- Market/rate analysis & Ready Reckoner check
- Coordination with clients, banks and financial institutions
- Assisting senior valuers in valuation assignments & Site Visits

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering & Valuation
- Good communication skills




- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn & do field work

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai - Work From Office Salary: ₹1,80,000 CTC Per Annum (₹15,000 Per Month) - For Fresher Candidates
